One of the TGFM2020 project Vengeance Is Mine, All Others Pay Cash by Edwin will be released on August 20th nationwide in Japan.

The film is a love story based on a best-selling Indonesian novel with the essence of action, violence, comedy, eros and horror. It won the Golden Leopard Award at the 74th Locarno International Film Festival and was also an official selection in the “World Focus” section of the 34th Tokyo International Film Festival. DOP is Akiko Ashizawa who is famous for director Kiyoshi Kurosawa’s films such as Journey to the Shore and The Man From the Sea by Koji Fukada among others.
